Is FarHugs live now?

Yes. FarHugs is taking orders for Nepal gift delivery.

Where do you deliver?

Our major-city delivery target covers Kathmandu, Pokhara, Bharatpur, Lalitpur, Birgunj, Biratnagar, Ghorahi, Dhangadhi, Itahari, and Janakpurdham. Other locations are checked against the exact address.

How long does delivery take?

Allow approximately 14 days from payment to customs clearance in Nepal, depending on the cargo batch. After clearance and handoff to our Nepal delivery partner, our target is delivery within 3 working days in major cities. Rural delivery usually takes 5-7 working days.

Are the gifts imported?

FarHugs purchases the products in New Zealand, consolidates and dispatches them to Nepal, then packs the final FarHugs gift boxes with care in Nepal.

Can I customise a box?

We currently offer curated boxes to keep quality, shelf life, and delivery reliable.

How do I pay?

Your order is successful once secure payment is completed through Stripe Checkout.
